If You Are Leading

The more choices I have to make as a buyer will cause more friction in my buying process. Friction is what increases my likelihood to quit and find an easier process or choice.

The same goes for your team. If everyone is working in silos and lacks an easy frictionless collaboration system, the breaking point for the team will manifest itself in undesired ways. People quitting, milestones missed, customers frustrated…these will be part of the pain points of running an untuned sales process, marketing system or business operation.

If you are leading, then you remove friction. You will take into account the obstacles of your team or your buyers. It takes a vigilance around the details. Support your ecosystem and watch it produce what you desire. The alternative is a slow form of decay because no one bothered to lead.
