Sales Process: Jeff Nicely Sales Account Executive

We caught up with Jeff Nicely recently to reflect upon his experience with AscendWorks in helping him and his team with designing and implementing a sales process which was effective.  He was able to build trust in a way that was not previously done.  We asked him to tell us about his experience.

That’s a long time. What kind of approaches have you used in the past?
Jeff N.
Door to door cold calling, direct mail (in the past), networking events.  Referrals from clients

When you hired AscendWorks to help you in your sales processes, what was the experience like for you personally?
Jeff N.
My experience with AscendWorks was very positive. It was personal, timely, and relevant to where I was in my sales career at the time.

Can you describe how your sales process was enhanced from the systems and process AscendWorks delivered?
Jeff N.
One enhancement I experienced was the ability to be with a client or with my family and have potential clients booking appointments on my calendar. That one system alone allowed me to step into more important areas of my life while my business continued to run and grow. That one system has been a welcomed addition to my sales process!

Fantastic. Were there ways your systems also helped you build trust with prospective customers?
Jeff N.
Prospective customers were able to get to know me prior to the consultation and sale. This allowed a new level of trust to be built with the customer which enhanced the buying process for the customer and it was much more effective for me!

That’s great. What how would you describe AscendWorks’ approach to sales and marketing process and systems?
Jeff N.
AscendWorks’ approach to the sales and marketing process is buyer focused, relevant to the way our customers think and buy, while being very personal. The approach emphasized the importance of understanding how the customer thinks and makes buying decisions. The systems were fresh, inspiring and effective!

Jeff, what would you say to someone considering doing business with AscendWorks?
Jeff N.
I would encourage them seriously consider partnering with AscendWorks because the wealth of practical information that will be gained from the experience will serve your business well into the future! The systems are effective and the systems they teach really work! Thank you!
