The Most Important Person

The most importan person is not someone virtual via text, Twitter or calling. It is the person in front of you. It is the person you are supposed to be talking to now.

Disengaging with those that are in your presence is not lost on your audience. It’s an interruption and a mix-up of priorities.

What if you made the moments you are in the main thing? What if you made the person who is in front of you feel like the most important person in the world.

It is a differentiator in our attention economy. Noise lures us to meaningless things. But if you can keep your attention focused on where it matters, your influence and opportunities take care of themselves. People feel valued. Anything less is just social, not meaningful.

Wherever you are, be all there.
