Thank You Nashville

My friend, Brad, helped me finish this race despite the late hills. It was a motivating time to build on something. It’s hard to believe this kind of pace would not even break a sweat back in my college running days.

As I get older, I am learning to keep setting new goals and challenging myself where I am. Thank you, Nashville, for the fun. It may be a start to something new to get me out the door.
