Finding The Game Changer

Game changer wins over the busy work
It’s not about ideas. It’s about the one that makes a large impact.

The game changer is what can set you on a different trajectory altogether. It is essentially the one thing that matters most than doing the busy work each day.

I like finding that one strategic decision or action that will make things different. It’s the thing that will bring impact. It may be a relationship that needs the highest level of focus, or it can be the system that brings everything together.

Part of being an entrepreneur and leader today is to find the game changers that matter. I like to look for leverage points. These are places where you can put in resources – time, effort, relationship building – and get back orders of magnitude in return.

Likely, there is something you are not doing right now that could make your game rise to new levels of success.

Maybe you can’t see it because the urgent keeps pulling you. Hire some outside eyes on your problems. That is a game changer in and of itself.

The worst thing you can do is assume that what you are doing is enough. Status quo.

That’s an opportunity for the other game changers out there to pass you by. And that happens every day in our fast moving economy.

There is something you could be doing to change everything with extreme impact. If you want better, then focus on this thing.
