
… And a Different Type of Customer Experience
I saw this note on top of a toilet and thought it was hilarious. Are we really back in grade school? I guess so.
But the bigger question is why have a business that deals with this kind of issue in the first place of telling people what to flush down the toilet?
It can seem glamorous to start a brick and mortar business with all the trimmings. That coffee shop was a romantic idea or the fitness facility is something you love as a hobby. But all businesses come with their share of burden and issues.
The question is whether we want to have to deal with the issues.
I like digital businesses and service businesses because I am willing to live with the issues they present as well as the reward. Getting in the muck with a lot of the brick and mortar type businesses just aren’t worth it for the slim margins.
With so much opportunity, isn’t it worth thinking about what kind of business you will invest in? Do you really want to have to put a sign out like this?
