Getting on With Your Dreams

It’s Friday and a great time to step back. The burdens of the week are closing and you can ease up emotionally.

It’s good to put your attention on those things that may miss your focus in the grind – your dreams. What happened to them? Are you they still real? Or were they merely part of an emotional moment?

When you have time and space, you cam move the ball a little more than in the past. You can move into a different gear.

The first thing is to ensure you capture your dreams and goals that may be far off. Use a simple list.

Then make sure you look at it frequently. Why not start a Friday ritual and do the far off stuff. Just one bite size part of that dream will do. It’s not daunting and you have, in effect, created a little momentum.

The weekly ritual is about to take root on Monday. Getting to the good stuff when you have time and space can be a new addition to your week.

Don’t miss the appointment with yourself. This way you will be in a different place in a few months or years from one simple change to your work schedule.
