Possibilities With Automation

There are things that can be done to make it easier for customer information to flow to the right sales or service system. There are opportunities to make it easier and save time for your team members. That’s the miracle of the information age and the internet.

It means that you can build a business with 5 people and make $20 million rather than a business with the headaches of 20 people making $2 million a year.

You can save time, reduce your management attention and increase quality by having systems and processes that are automated. I’ve seen it firsthand, and it’s one of the great pleasures of the work I do with organizations.

But it does start with this one thing. You have to think of the possibilities. You have to want it.

This may mean being discontent.
