Continually Reinventing

reinventing

It’s easy to miss the point of your work. It may not be that you have necessarily arrived or are pinned to doing the same work day in and day out. That’s pretty absurd when you have access to the world at large in our connected economy.

No, I think the opportunity to innovate while we work with others allows us to continually reinvent our offerings and ourselves.

Yes, you may be repeating your craft and approaching your work with a degree of repetitiveness. But that doesn’t mean you have to stay there. If you can keep asking the question, “How can I bring even more value?” you have the opportunity to find new people to work with and even new ways of working with others.

You have a choice every day. You can simply go through the motions or you can keep your eyes out for something more valuable. If you choose the latter, it’s not only more fun, but you might discover a pathway to something you can’t see yet. It just takes a different way of seeing your work. If you’re stuck, it’s your choice.
