Fully Committing

Commitment
Being all in is a mindset. From Ed Schipul’s Flickr photostream.

You’ve probably noticed the tension and unwhole feeling inside yourself from indecision and not committing fully. It’s the cause of poor execution for many business people.

I think so much is coming at us and many times, we are just overwhelmed. It’s why being productive and ready is so important so you can be above the fray of the onslaught of demands.

But many times, we keep decisions on the back burner, have multiple goals instead of a precise one in our minds, or avoid leading altogether. All these points of passivity and limbo are costly. It shows up in how fast we move and make our ideas happen.

I suspect, we all have some things we are really clear on and are committed to. Many others lack form and definition, thus, the results are murky as well.

What if you got clear and fully committed on what you truly want? What would that look like?

Would you experience more than just mediocrity?
