When you want to grow your business past $1M, getting team members on the same page becomes challenging. Your business becomes about systems, and an important system that helps you grow is having a knowledge base where your standard operating procedures, SOP’s, live.

How you do things, who does those things and what the desired outcomes are have to be documented, shared and part of your ongoing training with team members.
