The Curse Of Speed

I have found relationships which seemed to have clicked and moved relatively fast. However, I am not sure I can say that I have made meaningful or true connections without some type of courtship.

Thus, dating your customer takes on the same ritual and cadence. Just as it is wreckless to try to cook a turkey in 15 minutes, it is just as narrow-sighted to try to close someone who does not want to be sold.

It’s hard work and art to win a customer.  It is a process.  They decide whether they like you, trust you and want to do business with you or your competitor.  If they are a stranger, then you must court them.  How about spending more time dating rather than closing?  You might start finding the secrets of winning business.
