Greg McKeown’s podcast with Seth Godin has some powerful insights on how to affect strategy and change by understanding the underlying systems which dictate behaviors and are uncompromising by nature. I liked the speech Godin cleverly gave to investment banker interns to expose the norms they didn’t realize they were governed by.
