Two Classes: Creative Or Irrelevant

Hearing platitudes from politicians in this election season about job creation is amusing. Is the paradigm even correct for the new economy where a person can give themselves a job with a laptop and a dream?

Employment and unemployment are for the unmotivated. It is archaic language. Innovators, creatives, dreamers and those who understand how to take the tools of today and build something scratch their heads at the old language of jobs.

Do you really believe there is a “manufacturing renaissance” that can happen? I believe our greatest asset is innovation. We need to increase the creative class more than worry about being middle class.
