Freedom To Build Something

Building Legos
Remember the joy of being a kid building things? Get back there. From madisonpubliclibrary's Flickr photostream.

It’s wonderful living in a free country. We can choose what we want to do and pursue happiness. We can make life better for ourselves and others.

You have the freedom to build something every day, whether that is part of someone else’s vision or your own. Doing work which is fulfilling meets a very real need each of us has. We want to be creative. We want to do meaningful work.

If you are not within this stream of work and thinking, then what are you doing? Are you living someone else’s life?

Build something you care about. Don’t let anything – fear, laziness, excuses – get in the way.
